Turning a Vision into Reality
I began this journey roughly 8 years ago with my first wedding. I fell in love with the thought of taking on this duty for others so that they can truly have the best day of their lives. My journey began with friends and family weddings, showers, and life celebrations.

I am a nurse of 10 years so my attention to detail and critical thinking skills spill over into my work as your coordinator. Being an advocate for my patients has taught me how to advocate for you and your picture perfect day.

My husband and I are from Northern Kentucky. We lived in Lexington for 14 years and have been in Louisville for almost 3 years now. We have 2 furry children, Koda and Ky, that keep us on our toes! I also enjoy playing tennis in my spare time.

Hi!! I am Kaitlyn Smith! I am originally from the Chicagoland area, now living in Bardstown with my husband and our two doggos, Blanton & Jessie. My husband and I met at UK, and we just got married in October 2022. I absolutely LOVED planning our dream wedding. I hope that White Willow can also make your wedding dreams come true!
